Beauty on Arabella Pty Ltd, trading as Beauty on Arabella (“Beauty on Arabella”, “we”, “our” or “us”), operates a private, appointment-only skin clinic in The Vines, Western Australia.

We do not collect every category of information from every person.

Treatment photographs and media consent

Clinical record use and public marketing use are separate.

Beauty on Arabella will not use an identifiable client photograph or video on its website, social media, advertising, educational material or other public media unless the client has provided separate, clear consent for that use.

Declining marketing consent will not affect your ability to receive treatment.

You may withdraw consent for future marketing use by contacting us. We will act on the request where reasonably practicable, although it may not be possible to retrieve printed material that has already been distributed.

When information may be disclosed

We may disclose information only where reasonably necessary to:

  • Service providers supporting our website, bookings, client records, communications, cloud storage, payments, accounting, IT or business administration.

  • Wix, which provides our website, booking and associated online services.

  • Treatment assessment or device-related platforms used in providing your services.
